Welcome to Laptop Kingdom. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ল্যাপটপ কিংডম থেকে পণ্য বা সেবা গ্রহণ করলে, নিচের শর্তাবলীতে আপনার সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

1. Product Availability | পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা

• All products are subject to availability.

• If a product is out of stock after ordering, we will inform you and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

• সব পণ্য স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

• অর্ডারের পর যদি কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে, আমরা বিকল্প পণ্য অথবা রিফান্ডের প্রস্তাব দেব।

2. Pricing & Payment | মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও পেমেন্ট

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full payment must be made before delivery or pickup.

• মূল্য পরিবর্তন পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই হতে পারে।

• পণ্য ডেলিভারি/রিসিভের আগে সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ বাধ্যতামূলক।

3. Warranty & Service | ওয়ারেন্টি ও সার্ভিস

• Warranty/service terms vary by product and are clearly mentioned in your invoice or policy page.

• Physical damage, liquid damage, internal burns, or removed warranty stickers void all warranties.

• প্রতিটি পণ্যের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি ও সার্ভিসের শর্ত ভিন্ন এবং ইনভয়েস বা পলিসি পাতায় উল্লেখ থাকবে।

• শারীরিক ক্ষতি, পানিতে ক্ষতি, ইন্টারনাল বার্ন বা ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার অপসারণ করলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।

4. Replacement & Exchange | রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও এক্সচেঞ্জ

• Replacement within 10 days applies only to manufacturing defects (excluding display, adapter, casing).

• Exchange is possible only if approved by our Gadget Purchase Team and price will be adjusted accordingly.

• রিপ্লেসমেন্ট শুধুমাত্র ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য (ডিসপ্লে, অ্যাডাপ্টার, কেসিং ছাড়া)।

• এক্সচেঞ্জ কেবল গ্যাজেট ক্রয় বিভাগের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে, মূল্য অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করা হবে।

5. Pre-Order & Custom Orders | প্রি-অর্ডার ও কাস্টম অর্ডার

• Pre-ordered or custom-configured items are non-refundable if the customer changes their mind.

• প্রি-অর্ডার অথবা কাস্টম কনফিগার করা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, কাস্টোমার মত পরিবর্তন করলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

6. Courier & Delivery | কুরিয়ার ও ডেলিভারি

• Laptop Kingdom is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party courier services.

• The customer must deal directly with the courier company in such cases.

• কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পণ্য হারানো বা ক্ষতির জন্য ল্যাপটপ কিংডম দায়ী নয়।

• এমন ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টোমারকে সরাসরি কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

7. Service Center Policy | সার্ভিস সেন্টার নীতি

• All after-sales service is provided only at our authorized service center.

• The service center remains closed on Tuesdays.

• সমস্ত বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা শুধুমাত্র আমাদের অনুমোদিত সার্ভিস সেন্টারে দেওয়া হয়।

• সার্ভিস সেন্টার মঙ্গলবার বন্ধ থাকে।

8. Acceptance of Terms | শর্তাবলী মেনে চলা

• By purchasing from Laptop Kingdom, you acknowledge and accept all the above terms and policies.

• ল্যাপটপ কিংডম থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করে, আপনি উপরোক্ত সব শর্ত ও নীতিমালা মেনে নেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছেন।
